Cauliflower Poppers
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds (opt)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
2. Take all ingredients and put them in a tupper bowl with a lid
3. Cover the bowl with the lid and shake the bowl so ingredients can coat the cauliflower
4. Spread on a cooking sheet with parchment paper or foil and cook for about 20-25 minutes

Cauliflower should be a golden light brown. THAT'S IT!
